Halloween Decor Contest

Just follow these few rules:

Entry must be Halloween-themed.
May not contain gore or adult themes. They may not be discriminatory or inappropriate for children and neighbors to see/hear. Judges are authorized to exclude entries only for those reasons, and their decision to exclude for either reason is final.
Decorations may include (but are not limited to): window displays (inside or outside), front porch displays, entrance-ways, or yard displays. Shall have three dimensional components, shall not only be lights or projections.
Must be located within Calistoga City Limits, and visible from the street.
Winners will be determined based on scores by the judging panel. Judging criteria will include creativity/originality, placement, theme/storyline, visual impact, and overall presentation.
Decorations must comply with Napa County laws and housing codes
NCFA/C!NV Board members are not eligible to enter the contest, but are welcome to decorate and be included on the map.

Registrations Due by October 15, 2024.
- Houses should be decorated by October 27, 2024.
- JUDGING After 4 pm Saturday, October 27, 2024 Through October 31, 2024. Judging window 5PM-10PM Please ensure your lights/decor are all turned on during judging windows. (winners will be announced on the website, Facebook & Instagram, and in the Calistoga Tribune in the first week of November)

As participants in Celebrate! Napa Valley's Halloween activities, we, as individual(s) or as an organization, indemnify and hold harmless the State of California, County of Napa, Napa County Fair Association, its agents, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses due to our participation in the Napa County Fair Association's Halloween activities. Further, our noted individual(s) or organization will defend the Napa County Fair Association and each of the above noted entities, and its agents, from all claims or bodily injury or property damage arising from their participation in the Napa County Fair Association's Halloween activities. WE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN SAFETY AND ACTIONS.

By registering for this event, we agree to permit the Napa County Fair Association, Inc. to publish digital photos or videos on their website, promotional materials, and other event publications and/or public media.
